	Active Membership - $165
			(a) The active membership of the Association shall be composed of those persons admitted to the Bar of Kansas and in good standing before the Supreme Court of Kansas. In addition, an active member must reside in Johnson County, practice law or be employed in Johnson County or any county contiguous with Johnson County. (b) Only active members in good standing and life members are entitled to vote for officers and directors of the Association or upon any resolution presented to the Association. Only active members in good standing and life members shall be qualified to hold elective office.
	Active Membership Pro-rated (NEW members joining after June 1) - $82.50

	Young Lawyer Membership - $140
			(a) The active membership of the Association shall be composed of those persons admitted to the Bar of Kansas and in good standing before the Supreme Court of Kansas. In addition, an active member must reside in Johnson County, practice law or be employed in Johnson County or any county contiguous with Johnson County. (b) Only active members in good standing and life members are entitled to vote for officers and directors of the Association or upon any resolution presented to the Association. Only active members in good standing and life members shall be qualified to hold elective office. Young Lawyer Member Requirements: (a) under age 36 (thirty-six); or (b) less than three (3) years of practice.
