2026 Judicial Evaluation Survey

The 2026 Judicial Evaluation Survey is now closed. Results are being compiled and will be published soon.

The Johnson County Bar Association conducted the 2026 Judicial Evaluation Survey for the 10th Judicial District, Johnson County, Kansas.

The judicial evaluation process is conducted biennially and provides attorneys who regularly appear before district court judges with an opportunity to provide confidential feedback regarding judicial performance, professionalism, courtroom administration, and the administration of justice.

The survey instrument and evaluation process were developed in collaboration with an independent third party. Individual survey responses were submitted directly to the independent third party and were not provided to the Johnson County Bar Association.

The Johnson County Bar Association will receive only compiled and aggregated reporting data from the independent third party for purposes of publishing the evaluation results.

Written comments submitted through the evaluation process are intended to provide constructive feedback and may be shared with the judge to whom they pertain and/or the Chief Judge. Comments may also be reviewed for professionalism, relevance, and removal of identifying information prior to any distribution or reporting.

Survey results are currently being compiled and will be published soon.

Participation in the survey was limited to attorneys who appear before judges within the 10th Judicial District.
